2.Do you offer prescription lenses? While we do not provide prescription services but our optical frames can also be customized with prescription lenses. Your optometrist is best equipped to provide further assistance in this regard.

However, they are not fully waterproof, so we recommend avoiding prolonged submersion in water or exposure to heavy moisture. While our watches can handle everyday activities like washing hands or light rain, it's essential to remember that they are not suitable for swimming, diving, or any activities involving deep water immersion. By maintaining their water-resistant properties, we ensure that your TurtleFeet wood watch remains in excellent condition for years to come.

6.What types of woods are used?Our commitment to the environment is reflected in our choice of materials, including bamboo, sandalwood, redwood, olive wood, ebony wood, zebra wood, walnut wood, and other eco-friendly options like cork and vegan leather. These materials are carefully selected to ensure that they are derived in an environmentally responsible manner, aligning with our dedication to sustainability and eco-conscious craftsmanship.

7.How do I replace the battery?You can easily locate the batteries for all our watches at most electronic stores and many watch repair or jewelry shops. We advise against attempting to replace the battery yourself, as it typically requires specialized tools, and attempting to do so independently could potentially result in damage to the watch.

8.Is there a warranty? Turtlefeet offers a limited 1-year manufacturer's defect warranty starting from the original purchase date through an authorized dealer. This warranty does not encompass instances of user abuse, water damage, typical wear and tear, battery replacements, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap wear, or theft. To initiate a warranty claim, proof of purchase is mandatory. If your purchase was made through our website or Amazon, the order number will suffice as proof.
