We ship most of our local UAE orders which are in-stock within 5 working days of receiving the order. Standard delivery will take 1-2 days after it leaves our warehouse.
Our standard shipping and handling charges cover most items as most items weigh between 250 gms – 5 kg. In some cases, a delivery address might be “out of area/UAE lImits”, these deliveries will be charged additionally which will always be informed to you prior to shipment. For all other orders, a flat rate of Dhs 16 will be the delivery charge, if the order weights less than 5 kgs and delivery is within UAE limits.
Free Shipping* applies to UAE deliveries Only, if the final invoice amount is Dhs 150 and more.
We also offer Cash on Delivery across the UAE only.
GCC Shipping
GCC shipping takes 5-7 days. We deliver to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain only. Shipment cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. You must provide us with a residential/business delivery address. All local duties/taxes must be paid by the customer.
