7.How do I replace the battery?You can easily locate the batteries for all our watches at most electronic stores and many watch repair or jewelry shops. Turtlefeet offers a limited 1-year manufacturer's defect warranty starting from the original purchase date through an authorized dealer. This warranty does not encompass instances of user abuse, water damage, typical wear and tear, battery replacements, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap wear, or theft. To initiate a warranty claim, proof of purchase is mandatory. If your purchase was made through our website or Amazon, the order number will suffice as proof.
