Do you offer prescription lenses?
While we do not provide prescription services but our optical frames can also be customized with prescription lenses. Your optometrist is best equipped to provide further assistance in this regard.

What does Polarized mean ?
Polarized sunglasses are special glasses that help you see clearly on sunny days near water or snow. They stop bright reflections that make things hard to see. The big difference is that polarized glasses stop reflected glare, while regular ones just block bright light.

Are the Turtlefeet Watches Waterproof?
Our TurtleFeet wood watches are designed to be water-resistant, meaning they can withstand exposure to moisture to a certain extent. However, they are not fully waterproof, so we recommend avoiding prolonged submersion in water or exposure to heavy moisture. While our watches can handle everyday activities like washing hands or light rain, it's essential to remember that they are not suitable for swimming, diving, or any activities involving deep water immersion. What types of woods are used?

How do I replace the battery?
You can easily locate the batteries for all our watches at most electronic stores and many watch repair or jewelry shops. We advise against attempting to replace the battery yourself, as it typically requires specialized tools, and attempting to do so independently could potentially result in damage to the watch.

Is there a warranty?
Turtlefeet offers a limited 1-year manufacturer's defect warranty starting from the original purchase date through an authorized dealer. This warranty does not encompass instances of user abuse, water damage, typical wear and tear, battery replacements, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap wear, or theft. To initiate a warranty claim, proof of purchase is mandatory. If your purchase was made through our website or Amazon, the order number will suffice as proof

When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 3 pm GST will be shipped the same day.
For orders placed after 3pm GST will be shipped the next day.
The delivery time is 1-2 days. Please note that this timeframe excludes weekends and holidays.

Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping for orders above 150 AED within UAE.
For orders below 150 AED a shipping fee of 15 AED will be applied.

Will I have to pay international taxes and duties?
The final price of your purchase excludes taxes and duties, though it's important to note that not all currencies incorporate these fees. Please note that for international orders outside United Arab Emirates, the package may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country.
It's important to note that any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment are the customer's responsibility. Unfortunately, Turtlefeet has no control over these charges since customs determine them, and we cannot know what they may be. What is the exchange rate applied?
Even though you can set the store currency, when you make a purchase from the Turtlefeet Store, the currency at checkout will always be in AED (dhs). The conversion is handled by our partner, Stripe.

We offer Worldwide free shipping for orders above 100$(367AED approx.), except for the following countries:
Yemen, Iraq, Mali, South Sudan, Burundi, Niger - Free shipping for order above 200$(735AED)
Please note delivery in the war torn countries have no definitive time frame and we will inform you on the time frame before shipping your order.

At TurtleFeet, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we offer hassle-free returns within 7 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging, with tags and complementary cases included.
FINAL SALES: Please note that all items purchased with a discount of 40% or more, a "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" deal, or a store credit are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

UAE Returns:
We offer free returns and exchanges on all eligible items. We'll provide you with a prepaid return label to send your items back to us hassle-free.
International Returns:
Returns must be arranged with the courier of your choice. Once your return or exchange request is processed, we'll provide you with the shipping address to return your package. To ensure the security of your shipment, we strongly recommend selecting a courier service with tracking. Please note that any duty fees linked to the returned package will be deducted from your refund.

All items purchased at a Turtlefeet retailer or pop-up shop are not eligible for returns or exchanges online, they can be exchanged or returned from the same store it was bought from. Only items purchased directly through our website are eligible for returns or exchanges within the specified timeframe and under the conditions outlined in our returns & exchanges policy.
