How do I replace the battery?
You can easily locate the batteries for all our watches at most electronic stores and many watch repair or jewelry shops. We advise against attempting to replace the battery yourself, as it typically requires specialized tools, and attempting to do so independently could potentially result in damage to the watch.
Is there a warranty?
Turtlefeet offers a limited 1-year manufacturer's defect warranty starting from the original purchase date through an authorized dealer. This warranty does not encompass instances of user abuse, water damage, typical wear and tear, battery replacements, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap wear, or theft. To initiate a warranty claim, proof of purchase is mandatory. If your purchase was made through our website or Amazon, the order number will suffice as proof

Orders placed before 3 pm in Dubai will be shipped the next day. For other Locations , Once your payment has been confirmed, please allow up to 24 hours for order processing and shipment. Please note that this timeframe excludes weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 11 am PST will be shipped on the following business day.
