Local UAE Orders:
- We strive to ship most of our in-stock local UAE orders within 5 working days of receiving the order.
- Standard delivery within the UAE typically takes 1-2 days after leaving our warehouse.
- Standard shipping and handling charges cover most items weighing between 250 gms – 5 kg.
- Additional charges may apply for deliveries to addresses "out of area/UAE limits," and customers will be informed of these charges before shipment.
- For orders within UAE limits and weighing less than 5 kg, a flat rate of Dhs 16 will be applied.
- Free Shipping* is applicable to UAE deliveries only if the final invoice amount is Dhs 150 and more.
Cash on Delivery:
- Cash on Delivery is available for orders across the UAE.
- GCC shipping takes 5-7 days and is available for Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain only.
- Shipments cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, and customers must provide a residential/business delivery address.
- All local duties/taxes must be paid by the customer.
- International shipping rates depend on the order weight and destination country.

- FINAL SALES: Please note that all items purchased with a discount of 40% or more, a "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" deal, or a store credit are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We offer free returns and exchanges on all eligible items. We'll provide you with a prepaid return label to send your items back to us hassle-free.
- Returns must be arranged with the courier of your choice. Once your return or exchange request is processed, we'll provide you with the shipping address to return your package. To ensure the security of your shipment, we strongly recommend selecting a courier service with tracking. Please note that any duty fees linked to the returned package will be deducted from your refund.
Return And Refund Instructions:
- To ensure your return is processed smoothly, we recommend using the original shipping box or a well-padded box to prevent any damage during transit.
- All returned item(s) must arrive in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and complementary cases, to be eligible for a full refund, store credit, or exchange.
- All items purchased at a Turtlefeet retailer or pop-up shop are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Only items purchased directly through our website are eligible for returns or exchanges within the specified timeframe and under the conditions outlined in our returns & exchanges policy.
- Upon receiving and inspecting your return, eligible refunds will be processed within 5 business days and credited to your original payment method.
