- Our refund policy lasts for 7 days from the date of purchase.
Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, with the original packaging.
- Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, and personal care items.
Required Documentation:
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete a return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
- If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If a refund has not been received, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank before reaching out to us at turtlefeetcompany@gmail.com.
Sale Items:
- Regular-priced items may be refunded, while on-sale items will be refunded for the amount paid by the customer.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please email us at info@turtlefeetcompany.com and send the item to 530 Saaha Offices (B), Souk al Bahar, Downtown Dubai, Dubai - 414229.
Gifts:
- If the item was marked as a gift, a gift credit will be issued upon return receipt. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be credited to the original purchaser.
Shipping:
- To return a product, mail it to 530 Saaha Offices (B), Souk al Bahar, Downtown Dubai, Dubai - 414229.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
- For items over AED 200, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee the receipt of returned items.
